QuickSe and Collaberus Technologies may collect some personally identifiable information about the Merchant during the registration process and the processing of Orders, such as the Merchant's name, email address, cell phone number, contact information, and bank account information.
QuickSe and Collaberus Technologies are committed to protecting Merchants' personal information and to taking all appropriate steps to ensure that the Merchants' personal information is kept private.
QuickSe and Collaberus Technologies has implemented appropriate security policies and protocols that are commensurate with the privacy assets being secured and the nature of our organisation, including electronic, financial, administrative, and physical security monitoring measures to protect the personal information it holds from leakage, misuse, and unwanted entry, dissemination, modification, and destruction.
QuickSe and Collaberus Technologies have created a privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") that extends to users of the QuickSe Applications and all QuickSe platforms in this regard. QuickSe and Collaberus Technologies retains the right to use the personal information collected by Merchants in accordance with the terms of the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of handling Orders and improving the QuickSe Platform's services, features, and functionality.
Merchant is well informed that customers' use of the QuickSe Applications may result in the creation or generation of a database about those customers. QuickSe and Collaberus Technologies would own all rights and copyright of the database and material contained therein. QuickSe and Collaberus Technologies shall have the right to use such Customer information/database for research, analysis, business intelligence, and the improvement/development/advancement of QuickSe Applications, among other things.
Any conversations / correspondences between the Merchant and Customer (including any WhatsApp conversations) shall be considered as private, and QuickSe and Collaberus Technologies shall not deemed to be a party to such conversations / correspondences.
